The lobby is on the 4th floor, a garage on the four lowest basement levels, and a shopping mall on the first three floors and uppermost basement level. The 5th floor is a conference center. Floors 5-85 are office space, with a viewing platform and restaurants occupying the 87-90th floors. The building's mass damper structure extends through the 87th to 91st floors are devoted to service equipment.
